Meet Laraib

In 2015, I joined a local personal training studio with a clear goal: to learn how to navigate the gym, structure effective workouts, and ultimately feel great in my own skin.

However, as time went on, I realized that despite my best efforts, I was still reliant on my trainer and hadn’t fully achieved my goals. This experience sparked a determination in me to become a personal trainer who empowers clients to become smart, independent gym-goers.

Since then, I’ve gained invaluable experience working in various corporate gym settings and personal training studios. These roles have equipped me with the skills and motivation to venture out on my own. I’ve had the privilege of training individuals with a wide range of capabilities and limitations, and each experience has deepened my understanding of effective training strategies.

As an active powerlifter, I focus on maximizing strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. I leverage my powerlifting experience in my client sessions by emphasizing proper lifting techniques, providing continuous support, and helping clients set and achieve realistic, attainable goals.

I have worked with people of all genders and all ages. Whether you are pre or post natal, going through menopause, recovering from knee surgery, have back pain or are brand new to the gym, I am certain I can help you.
